These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases via the webshop of CacowGirls, located in Zaltbommel. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products and information

All products on our website are described as clearly and truthfully as possible. CacowGirls is not liable for any inaccuracies or incompleteness in the information provided.

3. Orders and delivery

We aim to ship orders within 2-3 business days. CacowGirls is not liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer at the time of shipment.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Due to the nature of our products (food), the right of withdrawal is excluded once the seal has been broken. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The costs and risk of return shipment are for the buyer.

6. Health and use

The use of our products is entirely at your own risk. CacowGirls does not provide medical advice and is not liable for physical, psychological or other complaints resulting from the use of our products. In case of doubt, always consult a doctor or specialist, especially in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication use or health complaints.

7. Liability

CacowGirls is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the products, the failure to receive orders (on time), or following advice or information on the website, social media or in e-books. All products are used at the buyer's own risk.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, transport problems, etc.), CacowGirls has the right to suspend or cancel the execution of the order without any liability.

10. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
