Cacao Bar HEAL and Cacao Bar RELAX

In this set you receive two Cacao Bars, each tuned to its own moment in the cycle.

The Cacao Bar HEAL is a soothing blend of 100% pure ceremonial cacao with reishi and grounding Lakadong turmeric. A warm combination for moments when your body asks for extra softness, perfect for the New Moon.

The Cacao Bar RELAX is a calming blend with lion's mane and reishi for a clear mind and deep relaxation. Exactly what you need to consciously close the Full Moon.

In combination with Blue Lotus, it creates a grounding drink for both bars that invites you to slow down and reflect.

How to use the set

Step 1: Create the Blue Lotus infusion
Place 2 grams of dried Blue Lotus in a cup or teapot and add about 200 ml of hot water. Let the flowers brew for 8 to 10 minutes and then strain them from the water.

Step 2: Prepare the ceremonial cacao
Add the Cacao Bar to the warm Blue Lotus infusion. Stir gently until the cacao is completely melted. Use a milk frother or blender for a creamy texture.

Step 3: Start your ritual
Light the incense and take a moment to land. Use the New Moon ritual card for setting intentions and the Full Moon ritual card for reflection and letting go.

Combine the moment with meditation, breathwork or journaling for extra depth if desired.
