How to use the set

Dissolve the entire Amma Bar in warm water or (plant-based) milk. Stir gently until smooth and drink slowly.
Blue lotus
Use a small amount of blue lotus to prepare a tea or herbal infusion. One package is suitable for multiple cups. Not recommended to use the entire amount at once per person.
Ritual
Light the incense, take a moment to arrive, and use the intention card to write down your focus for the new moon.
