The golden rule: Max 70°C

Heat your water or (plant-based) milk until it steams, but do not boil. This keeps the cacao gentle and preserves its powerful properties.

1. Choose your cacao & dosage

Cacao Bars

Dosage: 1 bar (36g) per cup.
You can place the bar whole in warm water or break it into pieces. Tip: Use a milk frother for a deliciously creamy result.

Ceremonial Cacao Block (500g)

Dosage: 20-25g (daily) or 35g+ (deep ritual).
Cut shavings from the block with a sharp knife. Tip: Add a touch of honey and cinnamon for extra depth and warmth.

ORA Cacao Discs

Dosage: ± 28g (about 15-20 discs) per cup.
Let the discs dissolve in warm water or milk. Tip: Use a milk frother to make the cacao silky smooth and creamy in no time.

2. Preparation in 3 steps

  1. Heat: Warm 200ml water or (oat) milk to 70°C (do not boil).
  2. Mix: Add the cacao. Use a whisk or milk frother for a fine foam layer.
  3. Enrich: Add your favorite spices or a drizzle of honey to taste and enjoy.
