About CacowGirls

CacowGirls was born from a deep connection with India and the cacao we first wanted to bring home to the Netherlands. In India the cow is sacred and carries the energy of softness and abundance. In the Netherlands we see cows in the fields around us, present in the landscape just like our own spirit. We love to make our cacaochino with A2A2 milk and in that way we honour both our Indian roots and the Dutch soil.

Our name holds everything we stand for. CacowGirls is a playful nod to cowgirls with open hearts. Wild spirited, curious, loving and with cacao at the centre of the word itself. We love raw honesty, gentle rituals and moments that help you drop back into yourself.

Cacao, rituals and travel

We are passionate about sharing cacao in a way that feels accessible and safe. With simple recipes, daily rituals and ceremonial moments we invite you to slow down, to feel and to reconnect with your body. Cacao does not have to be complicated. It can simply be a warm invitation to be present.

We taste and test cacao from different countries because every cacao carries its own effect, flavour and energy. One cacao feels deeper and more grounding, another is lighter and invites creativity. We love to travel and keep exploring new tastes, new stories and new ways of connecting.

Breath, system and heart

For us cacao is more than a drink. It is an anchor that we weave together with breathwork, systemic work and the retreats we facilitate. In this space there is room to release tension, to see patterns more clearly and to come home to your own body again.

During our retreats we bring ceremonial cacao, rebirthing breathwork, family constellations and soft integration rituals together. We create a field where you can meet yourself with an open heart, held by a safe container and a clear intention. Cacao is a warm companion in this process.

CacowGirls is our heart work. A place where India and the Netherlands meet, where cows in the meadow and cacao on the altar belong together, where wild spirits and soft hearts move as one. And it is an honour to share this journey with you.
