Our ceremonial cacao comes from India and is unique in the Netherlands. Each Amma bar contains adaptogens like ashwagandha, reishi, and lion's mane, along with Ayurvedic herbs like cardamom, ginger, and saffron. This combination gently supports your heart, body, and nervous system.

What are Amma bars?

Amma bars are 36-gram, single-cup servings of ceremonial cacao with a blend of adaptogens and Ayurvedic herbs. You can dissolve them in warm (plant-based) milk or water, or eat them as a nourishing bar. Perfect for a morning ritual, breathwork, or a quiet moment for yourself.

Our flavors and what they do

  • HEAL – with reishi and Lakadong turmeric. Strengthening, soothing, and restorative. Ideal for recovery, your cycle, or as daily support.
  • LOVE – with saffron, red chili, cordyceps, and cardamom. Sensual, fiery, and heart-opening. For a deep connection with yourself or others.
