At the heart of this ritual is the Cacao Bar HEAL. A soothing blend of 100% pure ceremonial cacao with reishi and grounding Lakadong turmeric. A warm combination for moments when your body asks for extra softness.
In combination with the gentle power of Blue Lotus, it creates a grounding drink that invites you to slow down.
How to use the set
Heat the Cacao Bar with water or plant based milk to a maximum of 70 degrees Celsius. Drink it slowly and consciously as part of your ritual or as a nourishing snack for on the go.
- Light the incense to prepare your space.
- Prepare the cacao and add some blue lotus if desired for extra depth.
- Take a moment of silence and use the intention card for your focus.
